Production Process
Raw Material Processing
Extract cellulose from cotton or wood pulp and purify it.
Acetylation
React cellulose with acetic acid, acetic anhydride, and a catalyst to produce cellulose acetate.
Dissolution and Extrusion
Dissolve cellulose acetate in an appropriate solvent, then form it into the desired shapes, such as sheets or pellets, through an extruder.
Shaping and Processing
Cut, shape, and process ACETATE sheets into the desired final products, such as eyeglass frames.
