How we order samples from Aimiway?
We offer a minimum order quantity of 10 glasses. Samples are priced at $30 per pair. You have the option to customize with your brand logo on both the frames and lenses, and choose from two distinct styles in various colors.
How long does it take to receive the sample?
The samples mentioned above are in stock, allowing us to prepare your branded samples within approximately 5-7 days, excluding packaging. We use expedited shipping services such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS, ensuring delivery to most countries within an additional 5-7 days.
What should I do if I want to make adjustments to the existing style, such as changing the color and size?
We encourage new ideas and customization. You can consult with our sales team to explore additional color options. Our designers will assist you in modifying the design until it meets your satisfaction. The cost for customization ranges from $300 to $500. We will provide a finished sample in 3 colors and 6 pieces, with an estimated completion time of 15-25 days.
I don't like the above styles; I want a new design. How can this be handled?
We support original designs. You can either draw a sketch or share your ideas with us, and our designers will create a design for you. We will make revisions until you are satisfied. Once the design is finalized, we will proceed with selecting the materials and colors you prefer and then create the samples. The entire process takes approximately 15-25 days and starts at a cost of $500. We will provide 6 samples in 3 different colors.
Once the sample is confirmed, what is the minimum order quantity for official production?
We recommend an initial order quantity of 300 pairs per style, with the option to choose 2-4 different colors. However, if you are looking for a more competitive price, we suggest ordering 500-1000 pairs. The larger the order, the lower the costs for raw materials and production.
How do you handle quality issues with bulk products?
We typically verify the products for any issues before shipment. There are several solutions available. We establish the details of materials, colors, sizes, quantities, delivery times, and other specifics through a purchase agreement. We will report progress to you at key production milestones, and you can check the completion status of your products via video calls. You may also request a third-party inspection of the products. Additionally, we can complete the payment through Alibaba to ensure you receive perfect products. We believe that maintaining high quality is key to our long-term cooperation.
